By booking any tour or service with Prime India Tour, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms are designed to ensure transparency, smooth operations, and a comfortable travel experience for all our guests.

Booking & Payment
All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. To secure your reservation, a deposit is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance must be paid before the start of the tour. Failure to complete payment may result in cancellation of services.

Cancellation & Refund Policy
Cancellations must be made in writing via email or official communication. Cancellation charges will apply based on the time of cancellation prior to the travel date. No refunds will be provided for unused services, no-shows, or last-minute cancellations.

Pricing & Inclusions
Tour prices include only the services specifically mentioned in the itinerary. Any additional expenses such as personal purchases, tips, optional activities, or services not listed will be charged separately.

Changes & Modifications
Prime India Tour reserves the right to modify itineraries, hotels, or services due to operational requirements, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances. Any suitable alternatives will be provided without compromising the overall experience.

Liability & Responsibility
We act as an intermediary between travelers and service providers such as hotels, airlines, and transport operators. While we ensure quality services, we are not liable for delays, accidents, losses, or damages caused by third-party providers.

Travel Documents
Travelers are responsible for carrying valid identification, passports, visas, and any required permits. Failure to present proper documents may result in denied services without refund.

Health & Safety
Guests are responsible for their personal health and fitness during the tour. Any medical conditions must be disclosed in advance. Travel insurance is strongly recommended for coverage against unexpected events.

Force Majeure
We are not responsible for delays, cancellations, or changes caused by events beyond our control, including natural disasters, strikes, political disturbances, or government restrictions.

Conduct During Tour
Travelers are expected to behave responsibly and respect local laws, cultures, and fellow travelers. Any misconduct may result in termination of services without refund.
